Our business
Blue Flamingo Solutions is a digital agency providing website design and development, software development, digital marketing, hosting, maintenance and related digital services.
As a professional services business, we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be relatively low. However, we recognise that risks may exist within wider supply chains and in different geographical locations.

We are committed to providing a working environment in which everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect.
We do not tolerate forced, compulsory or trafficked labour. All work undertaken for Blue Flamingo Solutions must be voluntary and comply with applicable employment and labour laws.
Employees and contractors are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with our ethical standards and applicable laws.
Suppliers and contractors
We expect suppliers, contractors and other business partners to operate ethically and comply with applicable laws relating to employment, human rights, modern slavery and human trafficking.
We take a proportionate, risk-based approach to our supply chain. Where appropriate, we may consider factors including the nature of the services being provided, geographical location and other relevant risk indicators when appointing and working with suppliers.
If we identify credible concerns regarding modern slavery or exploitation within our supply chain, we will investigate and take appropriate action. This may include requiring remedial action or terminating the business relationship.
Reporting concerns
Employees, contractors and other individuals working with Blue Flamingo Solutions are encouraged to report any concerns relating to modern slavery, human trafficking or unethical working practices.
Concerns can be raised confidentially with a Director or member of senior management. Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously and handled as confidentially as reasonably possible. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith.
Responsibility and review
Responsibility for this policy rests with the Directors of Blue Flamingo Solutions Ltd.
We will review this policy periodically and update it where appropriate to reflect changes in our business, supply chain, applicable legislation or identified risks.
